We will provide you with an invoice within 24hrs of customs
clearance. Once payment has been received we will arrange delivery with you.

Fees
​
We charge by shipping volume (cubic feet) with a starting rate of KYD$18 per cft. A flat rate of KYD$18 is applied for up to the first cubic foot per shipment.

There are NO delivery fees across Grand Cayman
​
All charges are billed in KYD. We convert at .82 and accept cash, or wire transfer to our Cayman National Bank account.
How long will it take?
​
We ship to Grand Cayman weekly, so items should clear customs within 10 days after shipping from the Miami warehouse. We will contact you within 24 hours of clearance with your final bill and to arrange delivery. Delivery will take place once payment has been made.

Important to note:
Import of seeds requires pre-approval from the Department of Agriculture (DOA).
We will provide the form to fill out and return to us.
DOA clearance and inspection is subject to a KYD75.00 fee

Millennium Brokers will not be responsible for any items lost during transit or refused entry by the Customs Office of The Cayman Islands. All items ordered must be under and shipped under, the laws of The Cayman Islands. If the shipment is refused entry all fees will be due in full regardless.

Millennium Brokers will not be responsible for packages not delivered to the warehouse or items missing from packages received at the warehouse. You are advised to track your packages and contact the supplier for lost or undelivered items.
Kindly note that we don't repack orders for insurance purposes and ship “as they arrive from your supplier”.

All shipping, customs duties, port, and insurance charges are your responsibility and are due before delivery.
​
Customs duty is charged on invoice amounts, shipping, port, and insurance charges.
